Are you passionate about nature, history, and sharing knowledge with others? Los Serenos de Point Vicente is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team of volunteer docents! As a docent, you’ll have the opportunity to lead tours, educate visitors about the unique coastal and cultural history of the Palos Verdes Peninsula, and support community events at the Point Vicente Interpretive Center. No prior experience is necessary—just a love of learning and a desire to inspire others. Join us in preserving and celebrating this beautiful and historic place. Training begins soon—be a part of something meaningful!
Classes will be held on eight (8) consecutive Wednesdays from 12:30 pm – 3:30 pm in a classroom setting or on a field trip. The class format will mainly be in-person, interactive, hands-on sessions.
