Speakers Bureau

The Los Serenos Speakers Bureau entertains requests from community groups and organizations to talk about a myriad of topics related to our unique knowledge of the natural and cultural history of the Palos Verdes Peninsula and surrounding waters.  We can speak on most any topic, but try to stay within the area of interest to the South Bay.  The main areas of our presentations are on the History of the South Bay, History of California (from 1769 to the present), geology, botany, zoology, marine biology, and the Native Americans.

Presentations have been delivered in person and more recently online via live ZOOM interactive sessions (typically 45-60 minute including a Q&A portion) and are tailored to the intended audience. Of course we can tailor our talks to your time restraints.

Interested?  Contact us to discuss what topic(s) you or your group or organization may be interested in hearing about.
